A. Consider/Approve Schematic Design of Vocational Building Project

B. Consider/Approve Resolution authorizing and providing for a lease agreement for the purpose of building and equipping a school building and improving the site thereof in and for the District and for the issuance of $4,000,000 Lease Certificates, Series 2021, of the District evidencing the rights to payment under said agreement, providing for the security for and means of payment under said agreement of said Certificates, and authorizing the execution of a Purchase Agreement with Peoples National Bank of Kewanee in connection with the sale of said Certificates.
