The attached documents are designed to provide you with some advance information for the Closed Session:
a. Personnel: We will be discussing possible administrative transfers (to cover Southwest) and to discuss posting of two Dean of Student positions (MS and HS). You have attached an updated Administrative Salary Projections through 2015. (p. 1--5)
b. Purchase/Lease of Property: All Board members should now have had opportunity to tour the Hospital's possible office space. Attached is a summary document from Scott Johnson of necessary repairs for the current District Office. Also attached is a sketch of the current layout of the old Medical Center. We need to discuss cost parameters, and reach consensus on a bargaining position for the sub-committee of Mr. Snodgrass, Mr. Puentes, and Mr. Schlindwein. (pp. 6--7)
c. Review Closed Session Minutes: We have three closed session meeting minute documents to review. It is our recommendation that they all remain closed. (p. 8)
