  4. We want to understand our individual jobs and collective responsibilities.
  5. We want to be a team with a common, focused direction.
  6. We want to create a District culture that supports positive change.
  7. We want to represent the needs and desires of our community.
  8. We want to perpetuate a positive District culture that survives in the face of Board member and staff turnover.
Code of Conduct for Board Members #2
1. I will avoid any conflict of interest or the appearance of impropriety which could result from my position, and will not use my board membership for personal gain or publicity.
